This will cover proper application of throttle, brake, and steering, proper usage of driver aids such as Anti-lock Brake Systems and traction control, as well as an introduction into proper handling and dynamic driving. Secondly would be a performance driving course for those interested in taking their skills to the next level and operating a vehicle beyond what it is capable of on public roads. This course will focus on bringing the driver up speed in the literal sense, targeting proper cornering technique and vehicle handling. Lastly would be a course targeting the aspiring racers in which they would focus on maneuvering at high speed within inches of other cars and would provide graduates with a race license from a highly accredited school. The overall goal of the Porsche Driving Academy would be to improve the cars most important safety and performance component: the driver.SWOT AnalysisStrengths:Porsche is one of the major car companies that is known for its reputation and service. The issue in developing of hybrid cars is whether the customer will be interested in purchasing it, since the Porsche hybrid is certainly more expensive than the Toyota hybrid. Moreover, Porsche has a small target audience, due to that they do not have a broad price range for their products. Their cars are all around the same price range, and because of that it is challenging for them to reach a different target audience other than upper-middle class.
