Part 3 of your Project Plan, you will share your analysis of aspects of your evaluation, identify
milestones for its completion, specify data collection techniques, and describe how you will
communicate your work to stakeholders.
Instructions
Note on Data Collection: Be aware that there are often multiple methods of data collection
(observations, surveys, and focus groups) employed in a robust program evaluation. In this
assignment, you are asked to focus on a single method that you believe would best inform your
evaluation. Review the resources related to data collection as you consider your approach to
data gathering.
Write 5–7 pages in which you:
● Analyze the program to explain three significant cultural or political issues that are likely to be
encountered during the evaluation. Describe ways to effectively address them.
● Provide a timeline with significant milestones (include brief descriptors where necessary) that
represent a complete program evaluation plan.
○ Dates: Use dates that are reasonable approximations of how long each milestone should
take. Use today’s date as a starting point.
○ Milestones: List all significant evaluation milestones. Make sure to include the next three
bullet points as milestones since they represent important elements of a full evaluation
plan.
● Justify your data collection methodology (observations, surveys, and focus groups.) Make sure to
describe how it aligns to your chosen approach.
● Describe three issues that may likely be encountered during collection, compilation,
interpretation, or reporting of the data.
● Justify your methods for communicating evaluation data and findings to stakeholders. Make sure

The objectives of the current evaluation are what are known as SMART goals. SMART
goals are goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and timely. Here are some
examples of SMART goals for the evaluation:
Efficiency
The goal is to improve performance over time by making fewer errors, achieving more, and
providing better results overall. A trustworthy metric for judging the performance of the staff
will be made available. I would encourage the person to take a more strategic approach to the
work that they are doing. As an illustration, raise the overall academic performance of students
who attend classes online by more than 80 percent each month.
Education
The employee and the employer both stand to benefit from education in this scenario. The
establishment of educational benchmarks assists teachers in the accomplishment of their goals

Purpose and Expected Outcomes
Online education’s major goal is to facilitate students’ enrollment in academic programs
at their existing institutions. Online education is also critical, and it is designed to teach students
how to use technology and learn online to succeed academically and professionally. When
faculty members create and teach online courses, they acquire new critical abilities for their
professional development. The university is committed to providing students and faculty with the
resources and tools necessary to flourish in online courses.
Students can complete their degree requirements outside of the typical classroom setting
through online learning, which can either accelerate or delay their graduation time. Students who
are currently employed but wish to further their careers can take advantage of the college’s online
offerings. According to the Mission Statement, an even more critical benefit of online learning is
that it assists students in developing the technological talents and online learning strategies
necessary to achieve their future educational and professional goals. Academic programs offered
online are specifically designed to meet the demanding schedules of working adults. According
to the institution’s estimates, these online initiatives will contribute to regional and state

and interacting with digital tools to teach effectively online. When students learn online, they
anticipate that technology and education will operate in unison.
Before enrolling in an online learning program, students should be informed of the time
commitments and learning standards required to succeed. It is vital to structure student
commitments, learning objectives, and performance outcomes so that the institution and
instructor can ensure that all students comprehend the course requirements. If you are unfamiliar

must address the need for alternative measures to standardized achievement evaluations,
discrepancies in students’ learning opportunities, and differences in starting points and program
implementation. The solution to these issues is to conduct an in-depth investigation of the

In conclusion, this evaluation will be conducted in hopes of improving virtual teaching
and help make this type of teaching more accessible for those students who struggle with
learning online. Although there will be many challenges with helping improve this teaching
