Your revised paper must have your name, assignment, and the word REVISION in the upper left hand corner of the paper.
The revision must be a clean copy – do not use the draft and just add/change/delete text.
USE BLUE TEXT to show the revised content in the paper (delete the original text being replaced with revised text). This is REQUIRED. If I cannot easily see the edited material, the revised paper will not be reviewed and the original grade will be permanent.
The sections that have not been revised should NOT change in color. Changes in spacing do not require any change in text color.
Students will be given a specific date for their revisions to be submitted. If the student does not submit a revision on the expected due date, the original grade earned on the paper will stand.

Set default spacing The default in MSWord is callibri 11 and auto spacing and multiple line spacing. All of these MUST be changed for every paper.
Go to paragraph settings on your document and set the following:
special to none
spacing before and after to 0 (NOT auto)
line spacing to single.
Set Grammar/style check to full editing mode. Grammar check is preset for grammar only. Proofreading and editing papers requires that Grammar Check is set to FULL EDITING MODE. Errors such as punctuation, first person POV, passive voice, sentence structure will be underlined in green or blue. Spell Check underlines errors in red. When I open your paper in my Word program, set to full editing mode, I do not want to see any underlined words/phrases/sentences/punctuation that have not been corrected.

On the FILE menu, click Options, and then click the PROOFING
Go to CORRECTING GRAMMAR AND SPELLING IN WORD.
Check all the boxes
Finally the pull-down menu should be set to Grammar and Style.
