Use the six-part narrative structure as described in your readings to give your narrative structure and to align it with an audience that you have in mind. Make sure to directly connect the narrative back to information you have studied and learned in this course and explain how it relates to your mindset for becoming an effective leader who creates inspiring, innovative organizations.

· The setup- The ‘who, what, when, and where’ of the narrative, told succinctly.

· The buildup- The conflict, problem, or challenge that must be faced.

· The scene- The “snapshot in time” where you drill into a specific turn of events, such as a critical conversation or sequence of events.

· The resolution- The outcome of the narrative: How was the problem or challenge resolved?

· The lesson- What did you learn from this experience? How did it change you?

· The audience theme- How does what you learned relate to what you want the listener of the narrative to take away from it?

Your narrative should be 1800 – words. Be sure to completely address each bullet point. There should be six sections, one for each bullet point. Separate each section in your paper with a clear heading that allows your professor to know which bullet you are addressing in that section of your paper. Support your ideas in your narrative with at least five (5) citations from the text and outside credible resources. Make sure to reference the citations using the APA writing style for the narrative. The cover page and reference page do not count towards the minimum word amount.
