Brandin LeBlancis a middle school health fitness teacher. In this classroom, you will observe him teaching bell-to-bell, utilizing the fitness warmup period to identify fitness components and model exercises. He uses fitness activities to engage students in higher-level thinking, asking students to analyze their play. The video consists of two classes, learning the same lesson. Middle School Fitness Components
1. During the warm-up portion of the lesson, notice that Mr. LeBlanc provides instructions and feedback, asks students to identify fitness components and models the exercises.
